RELATIVE AND ABSOLUTE BODYCITY: THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT
How to understand the two levels of reality and recognize the natural state of mind

We invite you to an exceptional lecture that will change the way you perceive yourself and the world around you.

At the heart of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy lie two key and often misunderstood concepts: Relative (conventional) and Absolute (ultimate) Truth – in Tibetan, Kundzob and Döndam.

These two aspects of experience are not just dry philosophical theory. They are a practical map for understanding our daily suffering, confusion and, ultimately, the path to authentic freedom and deep peace of mind – a state of enlightenment.

In this lecture we will explore:

Two realities: What is meant by the “relative” illusion of everyday life and the “absolute” nature of reality itself.

Mind of Enlightenment (Bodhicitta): How compassion recognized in the relative world is a direct link to the wisdom of the absolute.

From Theory to Practice: How We Can Integrate These Deep Understandings into Our Daily Relationships, Challenges, and Meditation.

Recognizing the Natural State: What it means to “see things as they are” and how it removes the foundation of suffering.

This lecture is not only intended for experienced practitioners but for anyone who is curious to deepen their understanding of the mind and explore the ancient wisdom that offers answers to contemporary questions.
